Tap into different brain wave states with the Meinl Sonic Energy Binaural Therapy Tuning Forks. These Tuning Forks are made of high-quality nickel-plated steel and larger and heavier than the Standard Tuning Forks. This allows them to resonate longer and to be struck less often during a treatment.

To create the binaural effect, activate the Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork and the Master Fork 128 Hz and hold them to the right and left ear. The brain will recognize the difference between the two frequencies, perceiving a third frequency that guides you into the desired brain wave state.

Beta: These brain waves from 12 Hz to 30 Hz heighten alertness and analytical abilities. Typically, the brain operates at this frequency during daily activities that involve concentration, thinking and excitement.
