Tap into different brain wave states with the Meinl Sonic Energy Binaural Therapy Tuning Forks. These Tuning Forks are made of high-quality nickel-plated steel and larger and heavier than the Standard Tuning Forks. This allows them to resonate longer and to be struck less often during a treatment.

To create the binaural effect, activate the Binaural Therapy Tuning Fork and the Master Fork 128 Hz and hold them to the right and left ear. The brain will recognize the difference between the two frequencies, perceiving a third frequency that guides you into the desired brain wave state.

Delta: These brain waves from 0.5 Hz to 4 Hz are the slowest in frequency and are linked to deep, dreamless sleep. During this state, both the mind and body experience their deepest rest and rejuvenation.
