The StingRay 5 Special combines the iconic StingRay tone with modern upgrades for maximum performance. Featuring an ash body, roasted maple neck, and neodymium humbucking pickups, this is the lightest and most versatile StingRay 5 yet.
REVOICED PICKUPS
Neodymium humbucking pickups available in single (H) or dual (HH) configurations deliver the classic StingRay growl with enhanced clarity and definition. The 18-volt, 3-band preamp provides exceptional headroom and tonal flexibility.
ENGINEERED TO PLAY
The sculpted 5-bolt neck joint provides effortless access to the upper register. Combined with 22 high-profile stainless steel frets and a roasted maple neck, it delivers a playing experience that's fast, smooth, and incredibly responsive.
REFINED CONTOURS
Enhanced rounded body contours provide all-day playing comfort while maintaining the iconic StingRay silhouette and sound. The lightweight construction makes it one of the most comfortable 5-string basses on the market.
