With perhaps the exception of the RG and several legendary signature models, there are few guitars more integral to the identity of Ibanez than the Iceman.

The IC420 comes with an Okoume neck, a Jatoba fretboard and a Flamed Maple top on an Okoume body. Furthermore, the guitar features Super 80 H-H pickups and a Gibraltar Performer bridge with a Quick Change III tailpiece.
