Ibanez proudly presents the signature model of J. B. Brubaker, guitarist of the US metalcore band August Burns Red, developed for powerful sound and maximum playing performance. The three-piece maple/bubinga neck provides additional stability and long sustain thanks to the bubinga strip, while the ebony fingerboard delivers precise bass, clear mids, and brilliant highs with fast response. Jumbo frets allow for a particularly comfortable playing feel—ideal for fast single-note passages. The okoume body produces a bright, focused, and powerful sound. Equipped with EMG 85/81 pickups, the guitar offers a wide sound spectrum: the EMG 85 at the neck delivers warm, dynamic, alnico-based tone, while the EMG 81 at the bridge impresses with aggressive precision, cutting highs, and singing sustain. Gotoh® MG-T locking tuners ensure maximum tuning stability and also significantly speed up string changes. Thanks to its optimized design and string guidance, the Gibraltar Standard III bridge guarantees excellent resonance transfer and increased playing comfort. The result is an assertive metal guitar that meets the highest professional standards.
