The monkey is out of the barrel. Demand for a reissue of the Bad Monkey pedal was so high that DIGITECH decided to improve on the original design rather than simply reissuing it. The Badder Monkey™ still features the original Bad Monkey overdrive circuit, gain, and EQ frequencies, but the pedal has also been equipped with two new circuits: "Behaved" and "Badder." With our new, patent-pending 360° "Barrel" control, two of the three overdrive paths can be mixed to create a variety of unique overdrive combinations. The toggle switch switches the "Bad" circuit between phase-shifted and parallel. In the middle position of the switch, "Troop" mode is activated and all three circuits are used simultaneously.
