This guitar combines carefully selected woods and high-quality electronics to create an expressive, versatile instrument. The nyatoh neck delivers a warm, mid-range-heavy tone, while the laurel fingerboard contributes a rich, warm tone. The solid Sitka spruce top provides a wide frequency spectrum with brilliant highs, clear mids, and full-bodied bass, complemented by an okoume back and sides that produce a warm, woody sound when played gently and clear, assertive upper mids when strummed vigorously. Amplification and stage performance are provided by the Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle Pickup, supported by the AEQ-TP2 Preamp with integrated tuner and 2-band EQ for additional control. The laurel bridge transfers the string vibrations directly to the body, amplifying the natural, warm sound, while the Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins ensure easy handling and a secure hold for strings and pins. This combination of materials and technology makes the guitar a high-quality and reliable instrument for both acoustic and amplified playing.
