Josh Smith knows the guitar. Considered a blues guitar prodigy at the early age of 12, Josh cut his teeth playing with some of the greats before he was even old enough to drive. As an accomplished artist today, Josh has become known for his fiery live performances, where he can blend the blues, jazz, and country music effortlessly, all while showcasing a mastery of guitar playing. Through the diverse catalog of records that Josh has released as a band leader and his storied work as a sideman, Josh has repeatedly proven that his style and sound are borderless and cannot be boxed in. Josh and Ibanez worked tirelessly on designing a guitar that he could rely on and that would be able to handle all of the places that Josh could take it musically.
